About ManageMemberships
ManageMemberships is membership management software for independent gyms, studios, gun ranges, and other membership-based businesses. It combines recurring billing, digital ID cards, 24/7 door access, class scheduling, waivers, and member communication in a single system, so owners don't have to stitch together separate tools. Who we are
ManageMemberships is built and operated by Dayat Enterprises, Inc., a U.S. company founded by Jon Klem. Jon is a martial artist and lifter who built the platform because the tools available to independent gym owners were either overpriced or built for franchise chains. He works directly with every customer on onboarding and migration and personally handles support — when you email support, you're talking to the person who wrote the software.
Independent owners shouldn't pay enterprise prices for software that was designed for franchises. Our customers include 24/7 gyms, powerlifting and MMA gyms, martial arts studios, and gun ranges — businesses that need reliable billing and door access far more than they need another dashboard. That's why the platform is free for up to 50 members, migration is included, and there are no long-term contracts.
We also design and ship our own door access hardware — no third-party vendor, no extra subscription.
How we handle payments and data
Card and bank payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI Level 1 certified payment processor. Some of our enterprise accounts run on CardPointe, also PCI Level 1 certified. In either case, ManageMemberships never stores raw card numbers on its own servers. For details, see our security page, terms of service, and privacy policy.
